Ademola Adebise, the managing director and chief executive officer of Wema Bank Plc, has emerged as one of the top three most prominent and visible bank CEOs for the month of August 2022.
A top media intelligence and public relations firm, P Measurement Services, conducted an objective media performance audit and analysis of 27 commercial banks, ranking Adebise as the third most illustrious bank CEO in the nation.
The audit is an unbiased examination of the prominence and media performance of the CEOs of commercial banks and insurance companies in Nigeria for the month of August 2022.
In the online and print media, the report included the top CEOs of commercial banks and insurance companies.
Adebise finished in third with a 19% media share, after FCMB’s Yemisi Edun and First Bank’s Adesola Adeduntan, both of whom got 44% and 23%, respectively, according to the survey. Abubakar Suleiman of Sterling Bank came in fourth with a 14% media share.
According to the media performance audit report, in the insurance sector, Babatunde Fajemirokun, MD of AIICO Insurance, had the most media exposure with 45% of the vote, followed by Eddie Efekoha of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance with 17%, Kunle Ahmed of AXA Mansard with 14%, and Tunde Hassan-Odukale of Leadway Assurance with 11%.
