Donatus Okeke, a cherished client of the bank, said recently during customer service week that his 20 years of banking with the company have been stress-free.
“I have been banking with Abbey for more than 20 years and it has for me. I have had three different managers, who have always been proactive in dealing with my accounts. My relationship with the bank has grown over the years and they have become a bank that I can always rely on,” Okeke said.
Roseline Onyeogu, a teacher at Early Life School in Iyana Iba, Lagos, claimed that she had been doing her banking with Abbey for about thirty years, back when they were just a small bank.
